The EAP Institute is a major provider of training related to Workplace Drugs and Alcohol, Employee Behavioral Health and Employee Health & Wellbeing. The Institute provides top quality seminars and training throughout Ireland from its base in Waterford. Employee Drug Testing Sections 8(1) and 13(1)b of the Safety Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005. Section 8(1) outlines the general duties of employers. Section 13(1) b outlines the general duties of employees on workplace intoxicants (defined as drugs and alcohol.
